Melbourne, Australia. 20th July 2018- Press release
The 2018 Businesses of Tomorrow were announced today and GlobalCQ is very proud to be part of this group of innovative enterprises.
The 200 Businesses of tomorrow were chosen from more than 1000 companies across the country. They represent the diversity of Australia – large and small, new and established, across all industries and sectors. Congratulations to the 200 businesses.
Following the announcement, Anoushka Gungadin, founder and CEO of GlobalCQ stated, ‘ We are thrilled to be recognised and be part of the Businesses of Tomorrow. Our team and advisory board are passionate and energised by the work we do with our clients and the economic and social outcomes delivered. Being one of the winners, at this early stage of our business is very significant for us.’
The program gives Australian entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their innovation. It is designed to reward and recognise businesses with the drive to shape Australia’s future, a clear purpose and vision, a deep understanding of their customer’s needs and the capability to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
Recognising that we live in a highly globalised society, with almost half the population either born or have one parent born overseas and the rise in female and multicultural economies, GlobalCQ was set up to engage and connect the workplace to the marketplace. We help employers meet their cultural and gender diversity goals by connecting them with professionals from all cultural background.
‘My life and work experience, across Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia has allowed me to see the opportunities presented to Australian businesses today from a skill, thought and cultural diversity perspectives. We help our clients benefit from these opportunities by building cultural intelligence and capability across their organisations, ‘ continued Anoushka Gungadin.
Working at the intersection of neuro-leadership, cultural intelligence and technology, we work in close collaboration with our clients in their employee and customer engagement.
The next stage will be a three-day immersion program with the 2018 cohort at the Melbourne Business School. We are looking forward to meeting fellow winners and the organisers. We thank the organisations, judges and mentors making this program possible.
